- Preheat your air fryer to 300°F (150°C). Slice the bananas into thin, uniform 1/8-inch rounds. A mandoline slicer is highly recommended for consistency.
- In a medium bowl, gently toss the banana slices with lemon juice. Add the melted coconut oil, cinnamon, and salt, and toss again to coat evenly.
- Arrange the slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket, working in batches if needed to avoid overcrowding. Air fry for 12-18 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
- Transfer the banana chips to a wire rack to cool completely. They will become crispier as they cool.
