Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 lbs Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts approx. 680g, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 tbsp Avocado Oil 15ml
  • 1 tsp Cornstarch 4g
  • 1 tsp Kosher Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper freshly ground
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika
  • 4 tbsp Unsalted Butter 57g
  • 2 cloves Garlic finely minced
  • 1/2 cup Coarsely Grated Parmesan Cheese 50g
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley 8g, finely chopped

  • 1 Air Fryer
  • 8 Wooden Skewers approx. 6-inch
  • 2 Mixing Bowls

Instructions
 

  1. Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 10 minutes. Pat chicken cubes completely dry with a paper towel.
  2. In a bowl, mix salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and cornstarch. Add chicken, drizzle with avocado oil, and toss to coat completely. Thread 4-5 chicken pieces onto each skewer.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Place skewers in a single layer in the basket. Air fry for 10-14 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden-brown, crispy, and cooked through.
  4. While chicken cooks, melt butter and stir in minced garlic. Transfer hot, cooked skewers to a large bowl. Pour garlic butter over them, toss to coat. Add the parmesan cheese and fresh parsley, and toss again until everything is well combined. Serve immediately.

Don't Crowd the Basket: Give the skewers space in the air fryer for the crispiest results.
Uniform Cubes are Key: Cutting chicken into similar-sized pieces ensures even cooking.
