  • 3 cups cooked shredded chicken a rotisserie chicken works well
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened to room temperature
  • 1/2 cup salsa verde
  • 1 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 12 small flour tortillas 6-inch size
  • 2 tbsp olive oil for brushing

  5. Brush the tops and sides of each taquito with olive oil.
