- Spread the zucchini in a single, even layer on the prepared baking sheet. Do not overcrowd the pan. Bake for 15-20 minutes, flipping once halfway through, until tender and the coating is golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and serve immediately for the best texture.
