  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken a rotisserie chicken works perfectly
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened to room temperature
  • 1/2 cup buffalo-style hot sauce such as Frank's RedHot
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1.5 cups shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese blend divided
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles
  • Sliced green onions or chives for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 1.5-quart baking dish.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Stir in the ranch dressing and buffalo sauce until well combined.
  3. Fold in the shredded chicken, 1 cup of the shredded cheese blend, and the blue cheese crumbles. Mix until everything is evenly coated.
  4. Spread the mixture into the prepared baking dish and sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of shredded cheese over the top.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly. Let cool slightly before serving with your favorite dippers.

Notes

For the best texture, shred your own cheese from a block.
Ensure your cream cheese is fully softened to prevent lumps.
This dip can be assembled up to 2 days in advance, covered and refrigerated, before baking.
