- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Pat the chicken breasts dry and season both sides with salt and pepper. Place them in a single layer in a baking dish.
- In a medium bowl, combine the Caesar dressing, mayonnaise, minced garlic, half of the grated Parmesan cheese (1/4 cup), lemon juice, and Italian seasoning. Stir until well combined.
- Spoon the Caesar mixture evenly over each chicken breast.
- Sprinkle the remaining 1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese over the top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F or 74°C) and the topping is golden and bubbly.
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
