Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts about 6 oz each
  • 1/2 cup creamy Caesar dressing
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese divided
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp salt or to taste
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper or to taste

Instructions
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Pat the chicken breasts dry and season both sides with salt and pepper. Place them in a single layer in a baking dish.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the Caesar dressing, mayonnaise, minced garlic, half of the grated Parmesan cheese (1/4 cup), lemon juice, and Italian seasoning. Stir until well combined.
  3. Spoon the Caesar mixture evenly over each chicken breast.
  4. Sprinkle the remaining 1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese over the top.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F or 74°C) and the topping is golden and bubbly.
  6. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

For best results, use freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
Ensure chicken breasts are of a similar thickness for even cooking.
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
