Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, grated Parmesan, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and minced garlic. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper. Set aside.
- Pat the chicken breasts dry and season both sides with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook for 5-7 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through (165°F).
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and let it rest on a cutting board for 5 minutes before slicing into strips.
- Serve the sliced chicken drizzled with the Caesar dressing, or toss the chicken in the dressing to coat. Garnish with additional Parmesan cheese.
Notes
Tip 1: For the juiciest chicken, use a meat thermometer to ensure it reaches 165°F without overcooking.
Tip 2: Grating your own Parmesan cheese from a block will result in a much better flavor and texture for the sauce.
Tip 3: For a baked version, place seasoned chicken in a baking dish, top with the dressing, and bake at 400°F (200°C) for 20-25 minutes.
