- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef and onion until browned. Drain excess grease.
- Reduce heat and stir in ketchup, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Unroll crescent dough and press seams of two triangles together to form 4 rectangles.
- Spoon the beef mixture onto each dough rectangle. Top with shredded cheese and chopped pickles.
- Roll up each rectangle from the long side and pinch the seam to seal. Cut each roll into 4 one-inch slices.
- Place rollups on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
- To air fry, preheat to 350°F (175°C). Place rollups in the basket and cook for 6-8 minutes until golden and crispy.
