Instructions

Instructions
  1. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef and onion until browned. Drain excess grease.
  2. Reduce heat and stir in ketchup, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  3. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Unroll crescent dough and press seams of two triangles together to form 4 rectangles.
  4. Spoon the beef mixture onto each dough rectangle. Top with shredded cheese and chopped pickles.
  5. Roll up each rectangle from the long side and pinch the seam to seal. Cut each roll into 4 one-inch slices.
  6. Place rollups on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  7. To air fry, preheat to 350°F (175°C). Place rollups in the basket and cook for 6-8 minutes until golden and crispy.

Notes

Tip 1: Shred your own cheese for the best melt.
Tip 2: Let the beef filling cool before assembling to make the dough easier to handle.
Tip 3: Serve with a homemade special sauce by mixing 1/2 cup mayo, 2 tbsp ketchup, 1 tbsp chopped pickles, and 1 tsp mustard.
