Ingredients
  

For the Breadsticks
  • 1 lb refrigerated pizza dough Store-bought or homemade
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 2 cloves garlic finely minced
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 2 cups shredded low-moisture mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped, for garnish

  • 1 Pizza Cutter
  • 1 Small Bowl

Instructions
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a large baking sheet with non-stick spray or line with parchment paper.
  2. On a lightly floured surface, stretch or roll the pizza dough into a 10x15-inch rectangle. Transfer the dough to the prepared baking sheet.
  3. In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, and dried oregano. Brush the mixture evenly over the surface of the dough.
  4. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the top.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the edges are golden brown.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool for 2-3 minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley, then slice into strips with a pizza cutter. Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.

Notes

For the best melt, shred your own mozzarella cheese from a block.
Feel free to add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the garlic butter for a little heat.
Serve with your favorite marinara, cheese, or garlic butter dipping sauce.
