Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a large baking sheet with non-stick spray or line with parchment paper.
- On a lightly floured surface, stretch or roll the pizza dough into a 10x15-inch rectangle. Transfer the dough to the prepared baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, and dried oregano. Brush the mixture evenly over the surface of the dough.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the top.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the edges are golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for 2-3 minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley, then slice into strips with a pizza cutter. Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
Notes
For the best melt, shred your own mozzarella cheese from a block.
Feel free to add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the garlic butter for a little heat.
Serve with your favorite marinara, cheese, or garlic butter dipping sauce.
