- Add the peanuts to the melted chocolate and stir until they are fully coated.
- Using a tablespoon or small cookie scoop, drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, about 2 inches apart.
- Sprinkle with flaky sea salt, if desired. Allow the clusters to set at room temperature for 1-2 hours or in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes until firm.
