Ingredients
  

For the Oats
  • 1/2 cup Rolled Oats Old-fashioned, not quick oats
  • 1/2 cup Milk Any kind, dairy or plant-based
  • 1/4 cup Greek Yogurt Plain, unsweetened
  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1 tbsp Maple Syrup Adjust to taste
  • 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
For the Cream Cheese Swirl
  • 2 tbsp Cream Cheese Softened
  • 1 tsp Maple Syrup
  • 1-2 tsp Milk To thin

  • 1 Airtight Jar or Container

Instructions
 

  1. In a medium bowl or jar, combine the rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, 1 tbsp maple syrup, cinnamon, and vanilla extract. Stir until everything is well-mixed.
  2. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight, until the oats are soft and have absorbed the liquid.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the softened cream cheese, 1 tsp maple syrup, and 1 tsp of milk. Add more milk as needed to reach a smooth, drizzly consistency.
  4. Stir the chilled oats, then top with the cream cheese mixture. Swirl it in gently with a spoon and add an extra sprinkle of cinnamon before serving.

Notes

For best results, store the cream cheese swirl separately and add just before eating.
Oats will keep in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
