- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). In a blender, combine cottage cheese, egg, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder. Blend until completely smooth. Pour into a greased 10-12 oz ramekin.
- Bake the cottage cheese base for 15 minutes, until the edges are set and slightly puffed.
- Carefully remove the ramekin from the oven. Spread the marinara sauce over the base. Top with shredded mozzarella and arrange the pepperoni slices.
- Return to the oven and bake for another 10-12 minutes. For a browner, bubbly top, switch to broil for the last 1-2 minutes, watching carefully.
- Let rest for a few minutes. Garnish with a sprinkle of dried oregano and crushed red pepper flakes before serving.
