- Roughly chop the feta cheese block and the green olives. Mince the garlic clove.
- Add the chopped feta, cream cheese, green olives, minced garlic, and fresh lemon juice to the bowl of a food processor.
- Pulse the mixture a few times to break everything down, then blend continuously. While the processor is running, stream in the extra virgin olive oil. Continue to blend until the dip is completely smooth and creamy.
- Transfer the dip to a serving bowl. Drizzle with extra olive oil and garnish with chopped fresh parsley or dill before serving.
