- Wash, dry, and thinly slice the cucumbers. Place them in a large bowl along with the thinly sliced red onion.

- Pour the dressing over the cucumbers and onions. Stir gently until everything is well-coated.

Notes
For extra crisp cucumbers, salt the slices and let them rest in a colander for 20-30 minutes to draw out excess water. Rinse and pat dry before use.
