- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until completely smooth.
- Add the marshmallow fluff, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Beat on medium speed until fully combined and smooth.
- Gently fold in the thawed Cool Whip with a spatula until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Stir in half of the sprinkles.
- Transfer to a serving bowl, cover, and chill for at least 30 minutes. Top with remaining sprinkles before serving.
