- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a 9-inch pie plate or a small baking sheet. Separate the 8 biscuits.
- Gently press each biscuit into a 3-inch circle.
- Place one piece of mozzarella cheese in the center of each flattened biscuit. Pull the dough edges up and over the cheese, pinching firmly to seal. Roll into a smooth ball.
- Place the dough balls seam-side down in the prepared dish. In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, and Italian seasoning. Brush half of this mixture over the tops of the dough balls.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown.
- As soon as they come out of the oven, brush with the remaining garlic butter. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley. Serve immediately for the best experience.
