- Remove the pan from the heat. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and dried oregano. Stir until the cheese is completely melted. Use immediately as a pizza base.

Do Not Burn the Garlic: Cook the garlic gently over medium heat only until it smells fragrant. If it browns, it will become bitter.
