Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked ham finely diced
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise use good quality
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs peeled and diced
  • 1/4 cup celery finely diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion finely diced
  • 2 tbsp sweet pickle relish
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper or to taste

Equipment

  • 1 Large Mixing Bowl
  • 1 Knife or Food Processor

Instructions
 

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sweet pickle relish, and Dijon mustard until smooth.
  2. Add the finely diced ham, hard-boiled eggs, celery, and red onion to the bowl.
  3. Stir everything together until all ingredients are evenly coated in the dressing.
  4. Season with black pepper. Taste and add salt if needed (ham is already salty).
  5. For best results, cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.

Notes

Storage: Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
Variations: Swap sweet pickle relish for dill pickle relish for a tangier flavor. Add a dash of hot sauce for a spicy kick.
