Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt Unsweetened, 2% or whole milk recommended
  • 1/2 cup Granola Low-sugar variety
  • 1/2 cup Mixed Berries Fresh or frozen (thawed)
  • 1/2 Banana Sliced
  • 1 tsp Honey or Maple Syrup Optional, for extra sweetness
  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds Optional, for extra fiber and protein

Instructions
 

  1. Spoon the Greek yogurt into a bowl, creating a smooth base.
