- Melt the butter in a large skillet (preferably cast iron) over medium-high heat.
- Add the corn to the skillet. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 5-7 minutes until the corn is tender and lightly charred.
- Add the minced garlic and cook for 30-60 seconds until fragrant.
- Stir in the honey, red pepper flakes (if using), salt, and pepper. Continue cooking for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly, until the sauce thickens and coats the corn.
- Remove from heat, stir in the chopped fresh parsley, and serve immediately.
