Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups Corn Kernels fresh or frozen
  • 4 tbsp Salted Butter
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 2 cloves Garlic finely minced
  • 1/4 tsp Red Pepper Flakes optional
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley chopped, for garnish
  • 1/2 tsp Salt or to taste
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper or to taste

  • 1 Large Skillet (Cast Iron Recommended)
  • 1 Measuring cups and spoons

Instructions
 

  1. Melt the butter in a large skillet (preferably cast iron) over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the corn to the skillet. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 5-7 minutes until the corn is tender and lightly charred.
  3. Add the minced garlic and cook for 30-60 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Stir in the honey, red pepper flakes (if using), salt, and pepper. Continue cooking for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly, until the sauce thickens and coats the corn.
  5. Remove from heat, stir in the chopped fresh parsley, and serve immediately.

Notes

Storage: Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
Variations: Add crumbled bacon, cotija cheese, or a dash of smoked paprika for a different flavor profile.
