- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
- Pat the salmon fillets completely dry with a paper towel and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Drizzle the fillets with olive oil, then season generously with salt and pepper. Sprinkle the minced garlic and lemon zest over the top.
- Arrange the lemon slices over the salmon fillets and sprinkle with the chopped fresh dill.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork. The internal temperature should reach 135-140°F (57-60°C).
- Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
