Oven Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Lightly brush both sides of the tortillas with olive oil or melted butter. Cut each tortilla into 6-8 wedges.
- Arrange wedges in a single layer on the baking sheet. Sprinkle with garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
- Top with shredded mozzarella and mini pepperoni.
- Bake for 5-7 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and the edges are golden-brown and crisp.
Air Fryer Method
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Prep and season the tortilla wedges as described for the oven method.
- Place the wedges in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Top with cheese and pepperoni. Work in batches if needed.
- Air fry for 3-5 minutes, until golden and crispy.
