Ingredients
  

  • 4 small flour tortillas street taco size
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 cup shredded low-moisture mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup mini pepperoni
  • Marinara sauce, for dipping

  • 1 Baking sheet
  • 1 Air Fryer (Optional)

Instructions
 

Oven Method
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Lightly brush both sides of the tortillas with olive oil or melted butter. Cut each tortilla into 6-8 wedges.
  3. Arrange wedges in a single layer on the baking sheet. Sprinkle with garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
  4. Top with shredded mozzarella and mini pepperoni.
  5. Bake for 5-7 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and the edges are golden-brown and crisp.
Air Fryer Method
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prep and season the tortilla wedges as described for the oven method.
  3. Place the wedges in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Top with cheese and pepperoni. Work in batches if needed.
  4. Air fry for 3-5 minutes, until golden and crispy.

Notes

Tip 1: For the crispiest chips, do not overcrowd the pan or air fryer basket.
Tip 2: Watch the chips closely as they cook, as they can burn very quickly.
Tip 3: Chips will get crispier as they cool down.
