- Add the milk and Greek yogurt to the bottom of a high-powered blender.
- Top with the frozen strawberries and frozen banana chunks.
- Blend on low speed to start, then increase to high. Use the blender's tamper to press the ingredients down. Blend for 60-90 seconds until completely smooth and very thick.
- Scoop the smoothie into a bowl, add your favorite toppings, and serve immediately.
Notes
Tip 1: For the thickest smoothie bowl, make sure your fruit is completely frozen and use the absolute minimum amount of liquid needed to get the blender moving.
Tip 2: If you don't have a high-powered blender, you may need to add a little more liquid and stop to scrape down the sides a few times.
