- In a small saucepan, combine the cold lime juice and water. Sprinkle the gelatin evenly over the surface. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes without stirring to bloom.
- Place the saucepan over low heat. Stir constantly until the gelatin has completely dissolved. Do not let it boil. Remove from heat once smooth.
- Stir in the agave nectar until combined. Let the mixture cool for 10-15 minutes, until just warm. Stir in the chilled tequila.
- Carefully pour the mixture into your silicone wand molds. A dropper can help with this step.
- Refrigerate the molds for at least 4-6 hours, or until the gummies are completely firm.
- Carefully unmold the gummies and place them on a wire rack at room temperature for 24-48 hours. This creates a chewier, more authentic gummy texture.

For the best texture, don't skip the air-drying step. It makes a huge difference!
