- Carefully separate the leaves from the head of butter lettuce. Wash them gently and pat completely dry. Set aside.

- Spoon the buffalo chicken mixture into the prepared lettuce cups. Drizzle with blue cheese dressing and sprinkle with blue cheese crumbles and finely chopped chives. Serve immediately.
