Ingredients
  

  • 3 tbsp Unsalted Butter
  • 3 tbsp All-Purpose Flour
  • 2 cups Whole Milk at room temperature
  • 3 cloves Garlic finely minced
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese freshly grated
  • 1 tsp Dried Oregano
  • 1/2 tsp Salt or to taste
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper freshly ground

Instructions
 

  1. Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Whisk in the flour to form a smooth paste and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
  2. Slowly pour in the milk while whisking continuously until the mixture is smooth. Bring to a gentle simmer.
  3. Reduce heat to low. Stir in the minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
  4. Cook for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce has thickened enough to coat the back of a spoon. Use immediately on your favorite pizza or store for later.

Notes

Storage: Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
Reheating: Gently reheat on the stovetop over low heat. Add a splash of milk if needed to thin it out.
